The Citroën Jumper shares its platform (Sevel) with the Fiat Ducato and the Peugeot Boxer – the entire generation from 2006 onwards rides on the same chassis and often on the same engines. From 2006 to 2016 the Jumper used the 2.2 HDi, which is the Ford Duratorq “Puma” (P22DTE at PSA), followed by the 2.0 BlueHDi (2015–2019) and the 2.2 BlueHDi (PSA DW12RU, 2019–2023). Since 11/2023 it has a 2.2 engine with 2,184 cm³, the same as the Fiat Ducato since 2021. The Heavy and Maxi versions also add the 3.0 Multijet (Sofim F1C).
