About this engine

The 2.2 TDCi Duratorq “Puma” engine with 2,198 cm³ and Euro 5 for the 2011–2016 Ford Transit with rear-wheel drive and 4×4, with 100 to 155 hp. It is the same “Puma” engine type (PSA P22DTE) as in the Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer, but Ford marks it with its own codes.

It differs from the front-wheel-drive engine in its code, for example CYRA versus CYFA. The 2.4 TDCi with 2,402 cm³ from Transits up to 2011 is a different engine. The Ford Ranger also has the 2.2 type, but with its own codes. We check the engine by VIN before confirming.
